Most of the employee are friendly and casual. Bonus 3 times a year, have a very good health insurance benefit,
The challenges
have to tackle a lotre of task for one individu which in other bank this task is done with many persons. hard to focus on one task because of overflowing tasks and all most be done at once, sometimes there is no priority in tasks, all tasks is number one priority.
