PT Bukit Asam Tbk received Taxpayer 2019 Award and Appreciation from the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance. The award was presented directly by Indonesian Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani and was received by PT Bukit Asam Tbk Corporate Secretary Suherman on Wednesday (3/13). The Award and Appreciation are given to large taxpayers registered in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) at Lingkungan Kanwil DJP Wajib Pajak Besar. A total of 30 taxpayers received awards which assessment was emphasized in the compliance of tax regulations and cooperativeness during potential exploration at each tax office.
The theme of Taxpayer 2019 Award and Appreciation this year was "Sinergi Wujud Cinta Negeri". This theme emphasized the importance of synergy between taxpayers and DGT. In 2018, the tax revenue of Kanwil DJP Wajib Pajak Besar reached Rp418.73 trillion. This year the revenue alamat increased to IDR 498 trillion, 19% from last year.
