Asuransi Penyakit Kritis (Critical Illness)

The death rate in Indonesia due to critical illness is very high. Even according to World Health Organization (WHO), every year there are more than 36 million deaths in the world caused by stroke, heart disease and cancer. Sequis has critical illness insurance that can be utilized by the company in providing health protection for its employees in order to achieve the company's business objectives.

Benefit

1. This insurance program provides the benefit of Cover (UP) of Critical Illness if the participant is diagnosed with one of 36 critical illnesses during the period of the Policy.

Maximum entry age: 59 years old

Diagnosed with one of 36 Critical Illnesses during the active policy period

Maximum Sum Insured per participant is Rp 1 billion or USD 100,000

Pengecualian

This additional insurance does not cover the critical illness caused by:

• Hereditary diseases and / or congenital defects
• Critical illness diagnosed within a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of the issuance of this additional insurance, or within 90 (ninety) days of the date of recovery of the Master Policy, unless caused by an accident
• Under the influence of intoxicating drugs or alcoholic beverages or the use of narcotics, alcohol, toxins, gases or similar substances, in addition to being used gandar prescription drugs issued by doctors
• Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in participants' bodies
• Injure yourself or any attempt to harm yourself, whether in a sane or insane state or suicide attempt
• Critical illness suffered prior to the date of entry into force of participant participation in this additional insurance or after the Cancel Parent Policy prior to the restoration of the Master Policy depends on which event last occurs
